Spirit Sanctuary - or is it? :o

Arriving at the bandit camp he saw just what he and Malus had left behind. He began his search for the last flower the demon dog appearing shortly after him and helping him to search. Looking around he saw nothing beyond the bodies of the fallen and the blood that had been spilled. After a few minutes the dog indicated it had found something and as he approached it he saw the last flower that was needed smiling he picked the flower and giving it to the dog to store.

That hunter will be wanting his flowers wont he.....

Leaning down to the dog he desummoned it allowing the flowers to be stored with it. He then made his way back to the girl flash stepping the whole way. Reaching her he said.

We have everything we need so its time for us to leave.

As Bruno changed rooms for a different class he was approached by two men wearing black suits and glasses with a golden dragon crest at the area around their heart. They both bowed down before him which brought the attention of many students who started looking at the scene unfolding with curious eyes and whispering among themselves. At this Bruno looks around and a bit embarrassed approaches the two and whispers in a worried tone with an embarrassed face.

What is the meaning of this!? I thought the orders were that I was not to be aided by anyone and that in earth my status does not matter! What is the reason of your sudden appearance?

Both of them then got up and looking at each other for a second with a nervous face the one in Bruno's left then approaches him more closely and with a worried tone whispers close to him slightly bowing having his face close to Bruno's ear so no one else can listen.

I'm sorry lord...I mean Bruno but I bring you startling news. I'm sorry to say this but lady Umi as gone missing...We assume it was "them" and considering you're relationship with her we thought it was best to inform you.

At these news a surprised look appears on Bruno's face only to be replaced by a look of pure anger as he clenches his right fist and starts shaking barely managing to control his magic says in a calm low tone.

How...how did this happen there should have been people guarding her precisely if something like this were to happen....Don't you remember what happened last time!?

The last phrase was said in an angered and louder tone. Both man then look at each other as a look of fear crosses their faces they then turn to Bruno and say.

We apologize for this it is still being found out how this happened. If it pleases you we have already discussed the matter with the headmaster and he as authorized you take a leave from school for a bit. You're luggage and necessary items and transportation have been prepared as well.If you wish we can escort you home right now.

At this Bruno answers with a calm face.

Thank you let us go then.

The two man then head out and Bruno follows them ignoring the whispers and looks of students who had stopped and were now looking at them yet for a strange reason a cautious and strangely calm look was on his face.

After a bit of walking they exited the grounds and finding a deserted street corner take out 3 glowing orbs.They hand out one to Bruno and soon after they begin to shine as the space around them begins to fade. Soon after the 3 of them find them selves on a enormous field of grass.

Malus had been idly playing with the squirrel on the roof of the school. It was an intelligent creature and had held Malus’ attention better than most things. Whether it was out of luck, or it had started to understand basic commands, Malus was able to direct the squirrel. He made it do little things, like jump, or run up his arm. It was fun to play with the creature, it was sort of like he had made a little pet. Along as it decided to stay, it was welcome. The day had passed swiftly before Malus noticed that he was neglecting his duties. He put out an arm toward the squirrel.

Come on. We got work to do. No more play time.

The squirrel ran up his arm and sat itself on his head. Malus gave a frown and looked upward without moving his head, he saw a little nose poking over his brow.

Not quite where I wanted you to go. But whatever…

He exited the roof and trudged down the stairs. Reaching the bottom he saw three students playing cards next to the stair case. He poked one of them with his sword, and told them if they didn’t get to class he’d give them a proper reason. They complied, but mocked him as they walked off. Malus held out a hand and the squirrel jumped on it.

Damn kids. If you’re going to skip class, why do it where you can be seen, huh?

The squirrel seemed to squeak in response, and then Malus replaced him back on his head. He exited out the main doors, and patrolled the grounds looking for students, whilst absent mindedly talking to the squirrel, giving off an insane crazy man look. Malus then turned the corner, heading past the spirit dorms, swinging his sheathed sword around… with a squirrel on the tip.

Arriving in the Spirit dorms and quickly reaching her room, she entered and closed the door - bolting it and putting a chair up against it.

Removing all items of damp clothing, and piling it in the corner ... Yuviel began to find simular clothing, sadly she couldn't find black that were clean or dry, so she settled for dark grey and a white tank top ... her underwear had to take a change from the purple to a white as well.

Putting her boots and coat back on, she made sure the tie was still in her pockets - as she put the tie in her right pocket and did up the holster on her left leg... Yuviel's hand began to shake slightly - holding it with her other... she realised she wasn't completely over the ordeals of the day.

Also realising, she's only had a glass of milk, had 2 baths and sparred with 5 guys she only just met for a fair while, she had to eat.

outfit :
- Leather coat(hooded,black) , fingerless gloves
- Military style boots
- Dark grey combat trousers
- White tank top.
- Shades that cover the eyes completely, including the sides.

Removing the chair from the door and unbolting it, Yuviel headed towards the doors - flinching slightly at the light, even though the shades blocked the sun... she almost walked out slightly dazed... slowly heading towards the main building for a very late breakfast or an early lunch.

Malus was walking around the grounds, balancing his sword on a finger, and a squirrel on the top of that, the squirrel “scouting” for trouble makers.

The squirrels tail twitched and it gave a few tiny squeaks as they passed the dorms. As they passed, Malus noticed Yuviel come out of the doors, she came out in a rather strange attire. All her clothes were dark except her shirt, like she had a sort of gothic thing going on. She was heading for the main building… Malus assumed it wasn’t for lessons. That being said, he’d have to give her a warning, after recieving one himself this morning by the Head. He lowered his sword, grabbed the squirrel by the scruff of it’s neck, and placed it on his shoulder. He then proceeded to lower his bandana slightly, covering his ears better, a repeat of yesterday was unwanted. As he walked in front of Yuviel he opened his mouth.

I hope you’ll be attending lessons today Ms. Silverstone. I’d hate to have to get you in trouble, so consider this your first warning of the day.

He smiled and pointed to the squirrel…

Don’t make me set the new guard dog on you. It's not quite Cerberus, but i'm sure he could be deadly.

The squirrel jumped up and down on Malus' shoulder and the Grounskeeper laughed. He carried on walking past Yuviel, raised his hand and "waved" over his shoulder. As long as she understood, he needed no response... But he may need food soon, lunch was approaching.

As Yuviel appraoched the main building, Malus walked by saying something about skipping classes, Yuviel kept walking at her half-dazed slow but steady speed but replied with

Whatever...

Entering the main building, it seemed strangely inactive - regardless of strange looks from the limited amount of students moving from classes or running late - she reached the Cantina.

As Yuviel approached the Cantina, she saw Alexander as she passed him, she faked a smile and waved - the effort was minimal - her mood was dropping with the increasinly apparent need to eat.

Walking into the over-lit room, she walked straight to the tills ignoring anyone else and asked for something easy to eat and drink.

Showing her tie, Yuviel proceeded to the darkest corner of the room and sat - hood up and face down, not enjoying her current downward feeling.

Slowly drinking his juice Alex noticed a familiar figure in the crowd coming his way, as she came closer he noticed she changed some clothes although her attire pretty much stayed true to the old style.

When she walked passed him he greeted her in a friendly way but he only got a smile and a wave back. She didn't look too well, or at least didn't seem so.

Alex was well aware that if she's hurt herself or is ill, the plans for tonight would get scraped. He wasn't going to put her through the process if she wasn't in her top condition.

Finishing off his drink in a few gulps he threw the bottle into the nearby bin. Going inside he looked around, looking at the darker area of the room he noticed her quickly, sitting in a corner, face down.

He walked up to her table and sat down, gently poking her head over the hood with one finger he said;

..what did you do? are you all right?

After sitting for only a few moments, someone poked her head... pulling her head and bottom upwards and leaning back, chair onto wall ... she stayed in that position holding her stomach.

I'm feeling a little weak, and my hand started shaking... so I'm getting something to eat.

Yuviel held her hand up a little, and it was shaking almost nerviously.

Alex leaned over the table as she spoke and pulled her shaking hand up. He took her hand into his gently and said;

..good plan....food might help you..

He was still holding her hand, worried about her well being and unsure what the problem might be. She could be just tired and still under shock from last night..even though earlier she looked much better. Maybe she was just hungry or...maybe, something else was at play here.

Not knowing where the problem might be he told her honestly;

...you need to get some rest after you've eaten...if you don't start feeling better by tonight..we would be doing "that"...

He made a small pause to make sure she knew what he meant by that and then continued;

..i've got some time left before i need to pick some stuff up so i'll stay with you for a little while..

Alex then leaned back into his chair, stretching out his arm across the table, still gently holding her hand.

Alexander was quite concerned, holding her hand and all ... explaining she'll need to get some sleep, for some reason this wasn't coming across to Yuviel as Alexander might had hoped.

As Yuviel pulled her hand away, the kitchen staff brought over a bowl of tomatoe soup, bread and what looked to be yet more milk.

Pulling her hand away, she examined the meal and thanked the kitchen staff member.

Looking over at Alexander - as she dunked and ate some of the bread, she said in a low tone;

So you want to bed me already, huh?

Yuviel let out a smile and took a small sip from her milk, before dunking more bread into the soup.

...if i wanted to end up sleeping with you Yuviel, i believe i could've done that few times before..

Alex replied coldy, almost as if he was offended. He pulled his arm back and stayed in the chair, watching her eat her very odd meal.

Smiling at Alexander...

Should have taken that as a compliment ... I'm sure most guys would have pushed where you've pulled.

Yuviel finished her bowl suprisingly quickly as well as the drink that came with it ... she stood up, falling slightly, but keeping upright.

I think I'll have to sleep, I know ... I know ... I guess I wasn't thinking when I said those words, Sorry Alexander.

Yuviel started to make her way out of the cantina.

Standing up as she started to walk away and catching up to her. He walked next to her keeping one eye on her in case she slips or starts feeling ill.

As he walked next to her he remembered he didn't answer her anything so he said casually;

..don't worry, i'm not offended or anything...and even though i may not look like it, but i do have some manners..

Exiting the Cantina, with Alexander Yuviel stayed inside ... nudging into Alexander and interlocking her arm with his... smiling.

I could get used to this if you spoil me.

Exiting the main building, and heading left of the north gate - the pair eventually reach the spirit dorms, Yuviel pushing her head into Alexander to keep the sun off her face and chest that is slightly exposed at the top from the sun.

As they reached the door ...

I'll be happy when I can run under the sun without a suit on...

As they got inside, Yuviel stood up normally and let Alexander get his personal space back... reaching her door and opening it, she looked at Alexander -

I don't mind, you know...

Entering the room and closing the door, Yuviel slid the coat off and without undoing the boots slipped them off.

Landing face first on the bed, Yuviel laid there - pulling the shades off, luckily not broken.

Time passes to 10:30

Escorting Yuviel to her room made Alex felt reassured. He smiled as he watched the closed door in front of him. He didn't actually say anything to her...but it would be redundant to say something anyway.

Walking down the hallway towards the exit he looked around, no one in sight. The time was passing by slowly. Letting out a bored sigh Alex exited the spirit dorms and walked off towards the library.

After a couple of minutes of slow walking he found himself in front of the library. Entering, he started looking for something interesting to read and finding quickly something that sparked his interest he sat down at a desk and started reading, every now and then, looking at the clock.

Due to everything possible being done, and to prevent things going stagnant a time skip will take place.

- Time passes to 12:00 Noon.

The following notes will take effect -

- The nurse is waiting in the office for Alexander
- All signs of clouds in the sky have gone, it's hot.
- The pirate ghost of the library has been watching Alexander for the past hour.
- Mrs and Mr Vanhiking have gone missing.
- a note for Lillian white "Meet in the heads office at 12:30" was dropped off in her classroom.
- Yuviel is still snoozing.
- a food fight in the cantina has taken place, involving the 1st and 2nd years with the kitchen staff.

Loosing himself in the book, the time passed quite quickly. Last time he looked up it was 11:55. Getting up and leaving the book open on the desk he left the library.

The book is open on a rather interesting page - Vampires.

Standing outside Alex noticed the weather changed somewhat drastic. It was rather hot now and no dark clouds in sight. Sighing annoyed as he knew he's going to have to change his clothes but there was no time to do that now.

As he started walking back towards the nurses' office Alex took off his jacket and threw it over his right shoulder. He walked at a faster pace then he usually does because he didn't want to keep the nurse waiting.

Getting up to her office doors Alex knocked with his left hand, feeling the bag of coins in his pocket with the right hand.

Hearing a knock on the door, the nurse opens the door after unbolting it - peeking through the gap, she opens the door carefully and yanks Alexander in - making sure he goes over the salt without disturbing it.

Would you mind going over the list again, so I've not missed anything...

The nurse was talking in a casual manner as she headed to the desk with a small bag on it - the type of bag you'd usually put a PE kit inside of.

I assume you've brought the money...

the nurse picked up the bag, walked back towards Alexander and placed the bag carefully on the bed - and opened it ... taking a step back for Alexander to examine the contents.

As he got pulled in Alex almost lost his balance, taking a few steps forward he got himself straight up again.

Walking up to the bed with the bag he pulled out the small bag of coins from his pocket and threw it over to the nurse and said;

..there should be more than enough there..

Focusing back on the bag and its contents Alex rumbled through it and then turned around to the nurse and said;

..i don't see any painkillers in here....and could i get a few more bandages..

Catching the bag, she noticed it was overflowing with the amount required - she smiled and pulled 15 of the 50 coins out and dropped them on the bed.

I'm not greedy, 10 coins for me and 25 for the goods is enough... those are your coins.

Turning back to the desk but hearing something about missing contents, the nurse answered

Painkillers? I guess I'll get something for that, and bandages?...

Entering the storage to the right of the desk, the nurse spends what seems to be quite a while, exiting the storage, a fire-exit style door closes as she enters the desk area again.

I have either a local, in needle ... or some normal pills, you'll need to wait 20 minutes before effect takes place.

The nurse puts the needle kit and the box of pills on the table, whilst throwing two rolls of medical bandages across the room at Alexander.

...i'll take the pills..

Alex said as he placed the bandages in the bag and then walked up to the table, picking up the pills he left ten more coins on the table and said;

..this is a little extra for your help ...and for your discretion..

He smiled at the nurse and packed the pills and picked up the bag. Walking towards the door and opening it he accidentally stepped on the salt on the floor. Looking back he said in an apologetic tone;

..i'm sorry....bye

Leaving the room he carefully closed the doors and started walking away.

As alexander left the room, the nurse noticed the salt being smudged - almost running at the door ... Alexander will be able to hear the bolt slamming into place and some kind of mumbling as the nurse repairs the salt line.

Meanwhile, in the Spirit dorms... Yuviel woke up after hearing the school bell for lunch, her room was in darkness aside from the slight light coming from the door and curtains - sitting upright, she tried to get her bearings.

Carrying the bag and his jacket Alex entered the spirit dorms shortly after he left the nurse locking herself up.

Walking through the hallway he entered his room and placed the bag on his desk and the small bag of the leftover coins next to it.

Throwing away his jacket he pulled the hoodie over himself and threw that away as well. Unbuckling his belt he slipped out of his sneakers and then took off the school pants.

Looking at the closet he thought about what he should wear. School clothes were out of the question...any intentions of going to classes are long gone. Rumbling through his clothes Alex finally got dressed.

He's now wearing white sneakers, light blue baggy jeans, a white tank top covered with a long sleeved white shirt he kept unbuttoned.

Happy with his appearance he left the room and locked up the doors. Not knowing what to do for the time being he started walking out towards the exist.

Turning round as the guy comes back she looks at him as she is now surrounded by about 20 rock creatures.
She smiles at him.

Ok. Come on then

She says looking down at the little rocks begining to walk towards the edge of the forest.

As the two started to walk towards the edge of the forest he couldn't help but ask.

So.... a noble at the school... must be a special reason behind that right?

He continues to walk in line with the girl about 2 meters away from her.
